I placed two orders a few days apart. The second order arrived fast via UPS. The tracking of the first order showed that it was picked up by USPS, but no updates after that (NOT the fault of Right Channel Radios). After almost two weeks of not receiving a new update, I contacted Right Channel and asked them to look into it. They immediately responded and apologized informing me that the package had been lost (again, not their fault) and processed a refund right away. I was very satisfied how they handled the situation. I would definitely order from them again.
